About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who combines strong organisational skills with a genuine passion for digital products. You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and QA, and ensure every delivery meets WebDev Company's quality bar.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through launch and handover.
- Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary client contact, setting expectations and communicating progress proactively.
- Identify and mitigate risks before they become blockers.
- Coordinate QA cycles and sign-off processes.
- Maintain clear documentation in Notion, Jira, or equivalent tools.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience managing software or digital projects.
- Solid understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.
- Strong track record delivering projects on time and budget.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana).
- Ability to grasp technical concepts without writing code.
Nice to have
These are not required, but will help your application stand out.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
- Background in software development or UX design.
- Experience managing AI or automation projects.
